First off, I apologize for not posting in quite a long time. Work, kids, and just life gets in the way. I’m sure you all can relate.
This post is about a new project I’m working on. I started a new Podcast called Forager Fitness on YouTube with my buddy Rob. The Podcast is just an easy discussion on Fitness, Health, and Mentality. The show focuses on reconnecting individuals with their innate health and fitness tools. Prior to the advent of civilization, humans never consciously thought about nutrition and fitness. They hunted, moved, and ate off the land. Fast forward to today, layers and layers of society and civilization complicate our means to be healthy. We’ve become out of touch with the tools we possess in our very own body.
Rob is a USAW and CrossFit L1 coach that brings a WEALTH of knowledge about training techniques, nutrition plans, and different programming modalities. Along with my medical background, Rob and I strip down the confusion and capitalist bullshit that surrounds fitness. We are providing you sound, no frills fitness and health advice that the community needs.
Targeting industry influence and common misconceptions, Forager Fitness is your one stop shop for some genuine fitness and health discourse.
Slowly this blog will transition to a Forager Fitness publication. Just wanted to get a fair warning out to all that may not want to subscribe to something of that nature.
